All-Tools is provided free of charge for personal and commercial use. You may not use the Service for illegal purposes, to infringe on third-party rights, or to distribute harmful content. We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access for misuse.

2. Accounts

Creating an account is optional. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time from the Account page.

3. Pro Plan

Pro subscriptions are billed as described on the Pro page. Payments are processed via PayPal. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us within 7 days of a charge if you believe it was made in error.

4. Intellectual property

The All-Tools name, logo, and software are owned by All-Tools. You retain all rights to any content you process through the Service. We do not claim ownership of your files or data.

5. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss of data, indirect damages, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Service. Always keep backups of important files.

6. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of All-Tools after changes constitutes acceptance. We will note the date of the last update at the top of this page.
